Entrant: face-to-face teaching and service in the army. Part 2.

Suppose that the Bill referred to in the first part of the article is approved.  I'll try predict some consequences (more accurate and detailed analysis is possible, of course, when the document will be published):

Some entrants of military age would be forced to choose one of 3 options: or service in the army, or pertinent to the Government but not pertinent to the applicant, or desired speciality in University military Department.

Obsolete speciality at full-time faculties will be practically women's, if the University has no military training centre. The demand for those willing to undergo training become full-time universities that have a military Department, or as it is now called – military training centre.

If an up-to-date list of all specialties will periodically change the PCBA topical speciality, check out face-to-face courses, may already be on irrelevant subjects.

As a result: instead of the Institute (after college), or instead of the Magistracy (after baccalaureate) have to go into the army. It is not difficult to notice that if the list of specialities will change frequently, the condition: training "continuous one profile relevant speciality" perform difficult or impossible in principle.

The "unprofitable" (in the sense of grace) for students of military age are secondary specialized educational establishments.

This Act will affect the fate of students who are already undergoing full-time education at a college or University.  After graduation, today's students will be able to continue studying at a university or graduate school only in accordance with the new rules.

If, as mentioned in the Bill, a determent to all students regardless of State accreditation, this time slightly will balance the situation.

Postponement of service on the applicable law shall be granted only to those students who who are studying full-time at accredited specialties. If you implement the right to leave to neakreditovannyh specialties, the universities will be able to without losing students age open new topical specialty and close outdated. That the actual state and need.
