Entrant: face-to-face teaching and service in the army. Part 1.

Want to tell about a new Bill, which has appeared recently on the Internet.

The paper denies the right to delay military service some of the students receiving full-time education. If this project approved, the law will be introduced from early next year.

Students (students, postgraduates) obsolete specialties are deprived of the right to get a respite.  Students who chose worthless specialty can get reprieveif their face-to-face teaching will be held at the University, which has a military training center.

List of current and obsolete skills should the Government. List of specialities will continually review and update (it is unknown how often).

Students at all levels of education (from school children to postgraduates) will be able to obtain a postponement, if will learn continuously and one profile (and of course specialty should be relevant).

Delayed until October of that year in which the student finishes the next stage of learning.

Delay received prior to publication of the new law, acts "until it expires, or until the disappearance of reason"
